# Freelance Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all users participating in freelance activity through our platform. By posting or accepting jobs, you agree to the terms below.

## For Freelancers

**1. Be Clear and Honest**

* Describe what you offer, your skills, pricing, estimated delivery time, and how buyers can contact you.
* Only offer services you can realistically deliver.

**2. No Misleading or Incomplete Posts**

* Do not exaggerate skills or misrepresent your experience.
* Avoid vague listings, buyers need clear info to make decisions.

**3. Communication & Delivery**

* Stay professional and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
* Only take on work you can complete within a reasonable timeframe.

**4. No Spamming**

* Do not bump your thread excessively or flood the section with multiple listings.
* One active thread per freelancer is allowed unless otherwise approved.

**5. Respect Buyer Trust**

* Deliver quality work. Ghosting, scamming, or disappearing mid-project can lead to a permanent ban.

**6. AI-Generated Work** 

* The use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Midjourney, etc.) in any part of the work you deliver is **strictly prohibited**.
* All code, designs, and deliverables must be 100% human-made.

### For Buyers

**1. Proceed at Your Own Risk**

* We do **not vet** freelancers. Do your own due diligence before hiring.
* There is **no escrow, protection, or refunds** offered by this platform.

**2. Use Trusted Payment Methods**

* Use secure payment platforms (e.g., PayPal Goods & Services, crypto with escrow, etc.).
* Be cautious of upfront full payments unless the freelancer is highly trusted.

**3. Report Scams or Bad Actors**

* If you’re scammed or see suspicious activity, report it to the moderators. While we don’t handle disputes, we act on rule violations.
